Water Wiffle Ball 2009 was a pretty good year but after some rule issues and things of that nature there were some speed bumps but 2010 the league renews with new clarified rules new umpiring system WWFL Draft stats keeping ect.
- New Foul ball rules anything past the bases is fair except on the mulch.
- Only stats to be kept hits homers and K's
- Umpire for Outs and Umpire to monitor speed of the pitch
- 3 innings with new mercy rules
- New Regular Season and Post Season Format to crown first ever Water Wiffle Ball Champions
- Home Run Derby and All star Weekend
